Privacy Policy

Floshy is an offline arcade game developed by Kamal. This Privacy Policy explains how the first public version of Floshy handles information.
Information collection
Floshy does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal information.
The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, Firebase services, multiplayer services or third-party tracking SDKs in Version 1.
Information stored on the device
Floshy may store game preferences, such as sound and vibration settings, locally on the player's device. This information is not transmitted to Kamal or to third parties.
Local app information can be removed by clearing Floshy's app data or uninstalling the app.
Permissions
Floshy may use the device's vibration capability to provide optional haptic feedback. Players can disable vibration from the app's settings. This permission does not provide access to personal information.
Children's privacy
Floshy is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. The app is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
External communication
If a player voluntarily contacts support by email, the information included in that message is processed by the player's email provider and the support email provider. It is used only to respond to the request unless retention is required for security or legal reasons.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Floshy's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
Before adding advertising, analytics, Firebase, online accounts or multiplayer features, the app's disclosures and this Privacy Policy will be updated as required.
